Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please contact us at email@example.com prior to sending back the product. Please note that with the exception of faulty items all products must not have been opened, used or damaged and be in its original packaging. Any returns after this time are totally at our discretion. If you need to return an item you believe to be faulty this time frame does not apply.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the claim for the refund is valid then this will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7 working days for this to show in your account.
To return your product, you should first contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of how and where to send the product(s). When you do send it please obtain a certificate of postage. Please note that with the exception of faulty items you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact us at email@example.com attaching any relevant photos. We will then help you to return your item and refund or exchange the faulty item. Faulty items can be returned within 6 months of receipt.
