Our artisan reed diffusers, candles and room sprays are hand-poured in small batches in Berkshire, UK, using award-winning aromatherapy blends designed to support wellbeing—such as relaxation, stress relief, balance, and mental clarity—rather than simply masking odours.
Our candles are made using natural rapeseed and coconut wax or soy wax and are always free from additives and paraffin (mineral) wax. We also avoid synthetic colourants; any natural variation in colour comes directly from the essential oils themselves.
Are your essential oil products safe for use around pets and children?
Our products are thoughtfully formulated with safety in mind and are strictly free from harsh chemicals, parabens and phthalates. All of our fragrances are created using 100% pure essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance oils, which are often preferred by health-conscious households.
As with all home fragrance products, we recommend placing reed diffusers and candles out of reach of pets and children to prevent accidental spills or ingestion. In homes with pets, our aromatherapy blends such as Relax and Revive are often chosen. However, we always advise seeking guidance from your vet if you have specific concerns regarding essential oils and pets.
How long do your luxury reed diffusers last, and how can I maximise the scent?
An Imogen’s Luxuries 100ml reed diffuser typically lasts between 3–4 months, depending on placement and how often the reeds are turned. Our diffusers are alcohol-free, which allows the essential oils to diffuse more slowly and evenly.
To maximise scent throw, we recommend using all of the supplied high-quality fibre reeds and gently flipping them when you’d like a boost in fragrance. To help your diffuser last as long as possible, place it away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators.
Does Imogen’s Luxuries offer eco-friendly or plastic-free packaging?
Sustainability is core to our brand at Imogen’s Luxuries. We offer Unboxed reduced-waste options for our reed diffusers to help minimise environmental impact. These are carefully protected using biodegradable green bubble wrap.
Our reed diffuser refill bottles are made from ocean-bound plastic collected through the Prevented Ocean Plastic™ programme. Our candle glass vessels are fully recyclable and designed to be repurposed. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked for the lowest carbon footprint.

Because we use 100% pure essential oils, our fragrances offer a refined, natural strength rather than a synthetic intensity. Each blend is designed to be impactful and long-lasting, gently filling a room without feeling intrusive.
Our reed diffusers provide a consistent, subtle scent throw for medium-sized rooms, while our hand-poured aromatherapy candles offer a more concentrated fragrance release. Our aromatherapy room sprays (containing approx 1,000 spritzes) can be used in the air or on soft furnishings to help the pure essential oils linger longer.
