Subscribe & Save

Some products on our website are available as part of our Subscribe & Save programme. This policy explains how your subscription works and how you can manage it.

How it works

When you subscribe to a product, you will receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you choose. All Subscribe & Save orders receive 10% off our standard retail price.

Your chosen payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically before each scheduled delivery, unless you have paid in advance.

Managing your subscription

You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time through the link included in your order confirmation emails or by accessing your customer account.

If you wish to avoid your next scheduled delivery, please make any changes or cancellations before your next payment is processed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, although it may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If your subscription has a fixed term that renews automatically, you can cancel before the renewal date to prevent further charges.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally we may offer products for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate dispatch.

As our products are handmade, estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may occasionally change due to production requirements. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated dispatch estimate.

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. We will provide an estimated dispatch date on the product page or in your order confirmation.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been processed for dispatch and receive a full refund.

Once your pre-order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy if you no longer wish to keep it.
