Scent Inspiration

Revive was the first aromatherapy blend I created, inspired by memories of tropical getaways. I wanted it to be focused around Lemongrass and be very citrusy. I wanted to put my own twist on the scent of an uplifting massage I had on the beach in the Maldives; I walked away from that massage feeling amazing! I felt so energised and positive, I think it was the first time I really appreciated what essential oils can do for you and the power of aromatherapy.

For my blend, I started with the citrus and earthy tones of the lemongrass but wanted it to be even brighter and crisper, so I went to my favourite citrus oil, Grapefruit. With Basil being my favourite herb, I wanted to include that too, and the herbaceous tones of the Basil just enhance the lemongrass and make the citrus of the Grapefruit really pop. It's such an uplifting and energising scent and is my best-selling signature fragrance.

How I love to use it

There are so many ways and places I love to burn a Revive candle. Kitchens and bathrooms are probably two of my personal favourites; it's just so clean and fresh. The citrus oils of Lemongrass and Grapefruit have a wonderful scent and also naturally freshen spaces. The other area I love to burn Revive in is my home office; I really find it helps me to concentrate.

Fun fact | Lemongrass is a common name for Spas in South East Asia because of its refreshing and uplifting effect.

Ideas for Use

The 2-Wick Ritual

The Master Burn: On the first lighting, allow the candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the entire diameter of the glass. This is especially important for the 2-wick size to ensure an even burn and prevent tunnelling.
Grand Spaces: The dual wicks provide a more powerful scent throw, making this size perfect for larger living rooms, open-plan spaces, or high-ceilinged rooms.
The Centerpiece: Use as a focal point for your coffee table or dining setting to create an atmospheric, warm glow with its twin flickering flames.

Candle Care Instructions

The First Burn: Allow the candle to burn for 3–4 hours on its first lighting or until the wax melts evenly to the edge of the glass, preventing "tunneling" and ensuring you get the most life from your candle
Extinguishing: Use a candle snuffer where possible to avoid smoke and preserve the delicate aromatherapy notes of the essential oil.
Burn for between 2-4 hours. Always burn in sight and do not leave unattended.
If the wick starts to become too long or bulb at the end, simply trim and dispose of the excess.

SAFETY

Placement: Burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from draughts, children, and pets.

Termination: Discontinue use when 10mm of wax remains to prevent the glass from overheating.

Safe Handling: The glass vessel may become hot during use; allow to cool completely before moving.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not leave candle burning unattended. Do not burn near flammable items. Ensure the wick is not too long or bulbed prior to lighting. Keep wax pool clear of debris and wick trimmings. If on skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. Not for human or animal consumption, if swallowed immediately call a doctor. May cause an allergic reaction.
